Mindful Leadership Development Training
Mindful Leadership Development Training is a transformative program designed to help leaders cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience. Executive Coaching
The most successful people in the world, from athletes to executives and entrepreneurs have coaches to help them excel in their craft.
We offer 1:1 Executive Coaching in person and/or virtually with access via phone and text between sessions. Recommended three-month minimum. This supports leaders who may be on a PIP, needs tweaking in focused areas, or are seeking to go from good to great.


Speaker Coaching Training
Leaders are required to speak in a variety of formats. However, many of them have not been trained to do so effectively. Some get extremely nervous and avoid this facet of their role as much as possible. To lead effectively, people need to hear an impactful, inspiring, and well-articulated message.
We offer this training as a 1:1 coaching or as an in-house program with a minimum of five participants. We will help your leaders overcome fear around public speaking, create a concise impactful message that connects with the audience, develop stories with impact, and a deck that captivates. If your leaders are interested in delivering their message with calm confidence and tools they create engagement and ease, this service is for them. As TEDx speakers and speaker coaches, we have helped numerous people bring their messages to the big stage as well. If you’re interested in speaking on the TEDx stage, we can help you get there!
